Austin Mini Now a hulk. It will not run again. Our first car given to us by our neighbours. It was orange and someone had made it a convertible by cutting the roof off with a wielder or similar.
Vauxhall Viva Running but needs to be crash started every time as the starter motor blew the day after we got the car and we replaced it with a mini starter motor which unfortunately only starts the car when it is warm. It has no exhaust so we end up coughing a lot after driving it!
Austin Allegros (2) One of the few cars to get a WOF and REG brought for $250 and got on the road! Good run about. Now running on only 3 cylinders due to me wringing it out. (130kmph!- It was a red one) It didn't like it. Was a good paddock car as it had a handbrake and was front wheel drive so we had less chance of getting stuck in the mud. We brought another for spares that has never gone and probably never will.
Ford Anglia No engine, dumped on railway line near our house. Would be awesome to rebuild but I'm lacking skill and money. (the latter is of more importance)
Ford Cortina MKIII This car was brought for $70 as it was "Pink Stickered" which means blatently unroadworthy. A friend and I bottomed it out going through a ditch and the suspension broke the brake lines (unbeknown to us) and I crashed into a fence but luckily nothing was damaged. Now sold for a paltry $30, one that escaped Haytona's clutches.
Hillman Hunters (5) My own roadworthy car. Given to us by some people from church who had got sick of fixing it. 1725cc. We also have another 4 for parts.
Toyota Carona
This car has a long story. Given to us by a friend whos landlord didn't want it on the lawn. Runs on 3 cylinders. A true paddock vehicle.
Hillman Avengers (2) The first avenger is our best paddock vehicles extrators twincarbs and cut springs who could ask for more? well its got a racing steering wheel and semi bucket seats. This car goes hard nuts around the track. We painted it primer grey. The other one is for parts. I'd love to get an avenger for the road maybe one day.

Update: 4 years on. Well I've had a couple of avengers on the road! One a really nice modified one which was lowered on 15 inch wheels (back when they were large!) and had a toyota 1600 engine mated to a 5 speed gearbox. Unfortunately I wrapped it around a fence post.
The second avenger was one rescued from the paddock and put on the road with parts from the wrecked one :(
Fiat Bambinas (2) "Free 2 Bambinas to tow away" my dad just couldn't resist having owned a bambina in his distant youth. Neither run and although we have 4 engine blocks we don't have a complete engine. Who knows what dad has planned for them. Well, 4 years later they haven't changed that much. One has been painted green (british racing of course!) and the other was rust painted awaiting further butchuring.
Miscellaneous Toyota Starlet- looking after for a mate. Frontal crash damage but runs. Brought for the doors.
Toyota Carolla DX- given to us by friends because it failed its WOF because of excess rust. An automatic but we've spray painted a racing strip and window strip on it.
Datsun 1200 stationwagon- looking after for a mate. used to run but now he is selling parts of it.

Alas, they're all gone now, crushed or tearing up another paddock somewhere in [semi]-rural new zealand.

Squealee your way back to Haytona
