An email from Rebecca Heineman becky@oldeskuul.com

"I can confirm this is real. Here's the story.

The art was done by Liz Danforth. It was a promotional t-shirt made for employees who worked on Bard's Tale IV that was developed by EA without any assistance from Interplay. This was why the logo is distinctively different from the one used for Bard's Tale I-III by Interplay and I.Jennell Jaquays, my wife, worked on Bard's Tale IV at EA from 1989 to 1992 when they cancelled the project and we have a complete archive of the project, but no t-shirts.

To recap, this was made by Electronic Arts as a gift for employees and to give away to the press when they announced Bard's Tale IV, which never got finished or released.FYI, this Bard's Tale IV has NOTHING in common with the one being done by inXile.

I would love to get one of those T-shirts!

Becky"
