COMPOSITION DATABASE - STARS

WHITE FLASH

WHITE FLASH #1
Potassium Nitrate 75%
Sulphur 22%
Charcoal 3%

Mix all three components together and then ball mill for at least 4 hours. End mixture should look a creamy colour. Then mix with water and cut, roll or pump stars. It requires no binder because it sets hard by itself however a small amount of dextrin could be added (+2%) to improve hardness. Quite a slow burning star emitting a bright white flame. A good mixture for those who don't have accsess to fancy chemicals as it uses the three primary ingrediants for pyrotechnics.
