RECOGNITION RECEIVED
- Awarded IIST ( Institute of Information Sciences and Technology) Post-Graduate Scholarship in Engineering 2005.
- Presented the "Most Improved New Member 2004" by the Palmerston North Hot Rod Club.
- Awarded Best Presenter 2004 Bachelor of Technology/Engineering and Winner Best Presentation award for IEE (Institution of Electrical Engineers) for my 4th year Project "Personal Wireless Computer Networks: Coverage Extension and Investigation into their security".
This was a year long project, and required me to work individually, while still working through other heavy load papers. At the conclusion of the project I was required to do a presentation of my project and its outcomes.
- I was the Winner of the SolNet Award - Best Software Project 2003. As the team leader of the project, it required me to manage my time, and also those of members of the team, while ensuring that the team met the deadlines and goals for the project.
- Received “Highly Commended” for Preliminary Medal in the social pin Branch for ballroom dancing.
